Discussing who is going to take part of the yards at the park. its Professional Outdoor Solutions and Spring Green.

Professional Outdoor Solutions is reading a letter they submitted detailing their plans. Spring Green also provided their plan. There will be a committee meeting in the future about it. Outdoor Solutions is talking about how the soccer field at Woodard needs irrigation if they plant grass seed.

Rail trail meeting with Tami, Mayor of Danville and Urbana. Discussing the bridge that will go on it eventually.

Discussing Laurel neighborhood situation. The village is sending a letter to try to address the situation. I think it’s either a boat or an RV being parked in a sideyard but I am not totally sure.


The village got roughly $163,000 from the Cares Act.

They have posted the village administrator job. What are everyone’s thoughts? Do we need one?


The village is willing to do payment plans for sewer if you are having a hard time paying due to the pandemic.

They may put a flashing light on top of the stop sign near rochs.
