They are discussing personnel policy updates. They are formalizing the on call public works format.

SOLAR!!!! For the 400th time. Discussing how to fund the project. Joe says they could do it in cash but Max wants an option for financing. They approved the invoice. This is for the solar panels they already approved.

Now they are discussing the AED devices they may purchase. Discussing locations- parks, village buildings, ect. They will have more information at the next meeting.

Butch Dauhuse is back with more information on the solar he wants to put at the waste water plant. he talked to other towns- a “couple of them were very pleased with what they have put in.”

He talked to Plano. It saved them $150,000 a year.

Mattoon is looking at solar for wastewater.

Tammy Vallee said she is adament about now giving up ten acres at the sports complex for this project.

Max said in a year from now he may not be on the board. (NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Max is such a great trustee. #RUNAGAIN)

The details of this have been explained over and over.

Tami Fruhling-Voges saying they really need to make a decision. They accepted the offer. The company will pay for the paperwork. Village will put forward about ten grand. Once the project is up and running they will get money.

Nothing from village administrator.
Nothing from clerk and lawyer.

Tami is doing the fall costume parade Oct. 26. It will occur at 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. This is my favorite event!!! Bring your kids, dress up, go to all the area businesses and get some candy. #SOCUTE

Also, garage sale weekend is this weekend. DON’T BLOCK THE ROADS.

In other news, the village is doing a quarterly newsletter. You can find it online or hard copies at village hall.
