It sounds like they are going to explore it further.




Approved the contract with the sheriff’s department. It’s basically the same contract just with a slight cost increase. We will get the same coverage.

They approved the health insurance. They have really good health insurance for their staff. (This is my editorial comment)

Discussing the business grant. The planning and zoning board wanted to make some changes. They want applications that are not complete to be disqualified and if a business doesn’t complete work from a previous grant they can’t apply for the next grant cycle.


Christmas tree lighting is this Saturday night. Also the Grinch scavenger hunt. Dec. 9 is Holly Jolly and The women’s club lighted Christmas parade.



The IGA donated all the ingredients and made the cheese ball for the Iota Sigma chapter. #YAYIGA
I actually went to them making the cheeseballs one year and it is a ton of work. This is kinda amazing that Todd and the IGA did this but they are always helping out the community.
