‘It has been an honor to care for you and your families’

Patients of Dr. Jeanelle Murphy got some not so jolly news at the beginning of December.

Their doctor is leaving Christie Clinic.

Murphy has been a family doctor with Christie for 13 years, seven of them in St. Joseph.
“I have greatly enjoyed being a family doctor in St Joseph for the past seven years and for Christie Clinic for 13 years,” Murphy said.

Murphy’s last day is Dec. 30.

Murphy said she will miss her patients deeply.

“It has been an honor to care for you and your families,” she said. “I am very sad to leave.”

Murphy, who is originally from California, will still live in St. Joseph as she takes a new job at McKinley Health Center at the University of Illinois starting Jan. 9.

“I hope to see you all around since I am still living in St Joseph at this time,” she said. “Please take care of yourselves and stay healthy.”

Christie Clinic in St. Joseph will continue to see patients.

“Christie Clinic is dedicated to continuing services in the St Joseph community,” said Michelle Antonacci, Clinic Services Director at Christie Clinic. “Dr. Jennifer Wroblewski and Molly Sandgren, FNP-C are currently seeing patients at Christie Clinic in St. Joseph.”

Patients can schedule an appointment with either provider online at www.christieclinic.com. Select Internal Medicine for Dr. Wroblewski and Family Medicine for Molly Sandgren, FNP-C.
