St. Joseph Grade School to hold kindergarten screenings


St. Joseph Grade School will be conducting Kindergarten screenings on March 31st & April 1st/2nd
for children eligible to enter Kindergarten this Fall. To be eligible for Kindergarten, your child must be age 5 by September 1, 2025. During this time, your child will meet with a Kindergarten teacher and a Speech Pathologist.


What Do I Need To Do?
Schedule a time to bring your child in for a screening by following this link https://signup.com/go/tmAsRfB


After signing up for a screening, you will receive an email with a link to complete a student information
form.

Child’s Birth Certificate – must be given to the office in order to register in August Proof of Residency – must be given to the office in order to register in August. This could be a utility bill, rental agreement, etc..


Please email the following required paperwork to mayk@stjoe.k12.il.us Physical & Immunization Record (if completed) Dental Form from Dentist Office (if completed) Eye Exam from Optometrist (if completed)

YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A SCREENING TIME IF YOUR CHILD ATTENDS SPECTRUM – screenings will take place for Spectrum students during school hours! If you have any questions, please call the office at 217-469-2291 or email galloa@stjoe.k12.il.us
