Mayor urges residents to complete the 2020 Census

Mayor Tami Fruhling-Voges is asking St. Joseph residents to take a few moments to complete their 2020 census. Residents can fill out the census online.

Fruhling-Voges said that as of March 30 55.8 percent of residents have completed the census. Mahomet has a 51.5 percent completion rate and Savoy has a 38 percent completion rate.

“I currently have bragging rights,” she said. “So keep up the great work St. Joseph and while we are all stuck at home get the Census responses sent in.”
