Carle to hold training camp at SJO

Carle Sports Medicine will be holding a plyometic training camp at St. Joseph-Ogden High School.

The camp will last eight weeks and is designed to introduce and teach proper exercise techniques. The camp will spend two one hour sessions per week working on explosiveness, agility training, and neuromuscular control.
Camps will be run from June 4 to July 30 and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.

The camp is designed for boys and girls, incoming fourth grade up to and
including ninth grade.
