10 things you don’t know about me… Jim Wagner

Every week we ask an area resident to share 10 things we don’t know about them—this week is St. Joseph Village Trustee and business owner Jim Wagner.

I used to install swimming pools. I have installed 175 of them.

My wife’s name is Jen, Mason is my son and I have a daughter Brynlee.

My favorite food is chicken because you can do anything with it.

I really wanted to be a business owner.

My favorite place to vacation is Michiana Beach.

We own the Wagner Signs Store.

I am a village trustee and spearheaded the golf cart ordinance.

I like to watch Chicago PD, Chicago Fire and Chicago Med.

I was born in Decatur and raised in Dixon.

“I Am Yours” by Jason Mraz was my wedding song.
