- Tell me about your business.
We are a small boutique catering to children & mother’s. We sell hypo-allergenic bamboo clothing, mama graphic tees, and much more! - What has been the most challenging part about being a business owner?
The most challenging part of starting our business has been growing a customer base. It’s important to us to stay local, however, that limits your ability to reach large audiences when marketing.
- What is the best part about working festivals? This will be our first festival so we are excited to learn the ins and outs of selling in-person rather than online. I’m sure we will learn a lot.
- What inspired you to go into business? Myself and Hannah each have an entrepreneurial spirit. We were spit-balling ideas for a new boutique and noticed most are catered to adult women. After Hannah has her daughter last year, we decided to focus on children’s clothing as it was on the forefront of our mind. We really wanted a niche market and just ran with it!
- What is your favorite carnival food? Corn dogs for sure!
