Get to know SJO volleyball player Josey Frerichs

What do you think makes the team so successful?

We are all friends on and off the court which really helps our team chemistry.

What is your favorite thing about volleyball and the team?

My favorite thing about volleyball is working together as a team and being able to spend time playing the sport I love with the people I love.

What has been the most important thing Coach McDonald has taught you?

The most important thing Coach McDonald has taught me is that everyone has an important role on the team and we can all work together to make each other better.

What is the most challenging part about playing volleyball at SJO?

The most challenging part about playing volleyball at SJO is the target that we have on our back. Our program is known for being successful, so every team we play has that extra drive to want to beat us.
