5 Question friday

Each Friday we will ask some SJO athletes five questions. Up first, junior football player Ethan McElroy.

What made you decide to play football?
I thought it would be fun to try something new and my friend was doing it and convinced me.

What has been the best part of it so far?
Practices and learning about my position.

What has been the most surprising part?
How much better I am than I thought I would be at it starting as a junior who has never played football before.

Do you have any pre-practice rituals or pre-game superstitions?
No.

What opponent are you most looking forward to?
All of them should be fun. My mom says the answer is Unity though. Unity is always the answer.
