PTC to host carnival

The annual St. Joseph PTC Carnival will take place tonight.

“It’s genuinely a fun family event that costs little or nothing,” said PTC President Jen Wagner.

The event is held in the St. Joseph Middle School gym and starts at 6 p.m.

There is no entry fee and children can play on inflatables, play games for prizes, get their faces painted and temporary tattoos.

Concessions, Kona Ice and Padanos pizza are available for purchase.

This year, the PTC also has 40 silent auction items they will be taking bids on.

Both the raffle entry and silent auction bidding ends at 7:30 p.m., and people need not be present to win.

Wagner said it is a fun event for children and parents.

“You’re almost guaranteed to see someone you know, and definitely a chance to meet new friends too, for you and your kids,” she said.
The event is not a drop-off event and children must be accompanied by and adult or guardian.
