Closed session to discuss salaries.

3.5 percent raise for the three village employees. Retroactive from May 1.

Events: Ogden Fest on Aug. 28: we need trees and weeds trimmed, road work needs to be done, ect. Bank needs to be made aware, road closure letters need to go out. Gabe saying that it will all be taken care of and he will get her the info.
