Spartan Spotlight… Lindsey Aden

St. Joseph-Ogden senior Lindsey Aden has big plans for her future.

Aden, who lives outside of Royal, will be attending the University of Georgia and double majoring in agribusiness and political science.
She also plans to minor in Spanish.

Academics are important to Aden and her favorite classes at SJO were Advanced Civics and American History, both with Mr. Schacht

Aden said her greatest memory from her time at SJO was winning the IHSA volleyball super-sectional at Palos Heights during the 2019 season.

During this game against Chicago Christian, Aden and the Spartans lost the first set, but then roared back to win the next two sets, which advanced the Spartans to the IHSA State tournament. In the IHSA State Volleyball Tournament at Redbird Arena, SJO earned a 3rd place state trophy, which is a moment Aden said she will never forget.

Aden said she hopes future SJO students enjoy every day of their high school career.
