What is the biggest challenge facing your district?
The biggest challenge is the finances/balancing the budget every year. Thank goodness, we have healthy fund reserves.

We keep improving our curriculum based on the data. Therefore, providing the best possible education we can in our small
What projects is your district going to tackle next school year?
We have in the final stage of AC in the junior high gymnasium, we will chip and rock around our bus garage, and we are remodeling the North Elementary Bathrooms. Also, our architect is preparing roof specifications for South Elementary School – to put a new roof on all the classrooms (not the gym or Library) for the summer of 2020.
